Is it safe to put water in my ear?

For most healthy ears, yes. Irrigation is a standard method and it works because water lifts wax out rather than pressing it in. The E80 keeps the tip at the entrance to the canal, never inside it, and the lowest setting is deliberately gentle. If anything hurts, stop.
What water temperature should I use?

Body temperature, roughly the same as a warm bath. Water that is too cold or too hot can trigger a brief spinning sensation. It passes quickly, but it is unpleasant and completely avoidable.
How long does one session take?

About thirty seconds per ear once you have the hang of it. The 230ml tank holds enough for both ears without a refill. Do it over a sink or in the shower, since some water will run down your neck.
How often should I use it?

Most people are fine with once or twice a month. Ears are self cleaning by design, so daily use is unnecessary and can dry out the canal. Use it when things feel muffled, not as a habit.
Which nozzle should I use?

Start with the five hole tip. It spreads the flow and works fastest for general buildup. The one and three hole tips give a more targeted stream if something stubborn is sitting in one spot.

Sometimes the wax needs softening first. Put a few drops of olive oil or a pharmacy ear drop in the ear the night before, then rinse the next day. Stubborn blockages can take two or three sessions across a couple of days. If it still will not clear, see a doctor rather than turning the pressure up.
Can children use it?
